RADIANT-CHRONICLES

Radiant Chronicles is currently a "playground with a purpose", intended to be a live site I can use to learn my way around HTML. The end goal here is to build an archive of high quality scans for stickers, posters, promotional material, and other various media I've received over the years from my personal music collection.

Many independent music record labels include odds and ends like stickers with their physical media shipments, and I can only imagine how many of these will be lost to time from being stuck on surfaces that will eventually be cleaned, worn down, or damaged in some form. As someone who has a deep appreciation for ephemeral experiences, I also grapple with a feeling of preemptive remorse. I know that if this media isn't archived and shared with others, it will likely never be seen again by future generations of like minds who weren't given the same opportunity. This site, with the help of archive.org, will act as my own small contribution in preventing the possible loss of the many hours creatives like myself have poured into promotional media. When possible, I will include information and tags related to the images to the best of my ability.

If you'd like to show appreciation by donating to the cause please consider donating directly to Internet Archive or the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Both work hard toward creating and sustaining a not-so ephemeral internet that is free and open for all.

I'm aware that you can just use archive.org to browse these images, but I thought it would be fun to make my HTML practice have a purpose. I have no intention of ever truly "finishing" this site, but it will likely continue to evolve and grow in my free time.

Unless otherwise specified, the images on Radiant Chronicles are not owned by me. If you are an artist or entity that owns the rights to one or more of these images and do not wish for them to be available here, you're more than welcome to email me at ______@____.com to request a takedown. I kindly ask that you consider leaving them up though for future generations to appreciate. :)
